Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases made through the Central Padel Dubai online store (this website) and to your use of the website. By placing an order you agree to them. Court bookings, coaching, memberships and other club services are governed by the club's own terms, available at reception.

Products and prices
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. We do our best to show accurate descriptions, images and stock levels, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustration; racket graphics and colours can vary by production run.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full. Most of our rackets are stocked in small quantities, so an item can occasionally sell in store before an online order is processed; if that happens we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by our licensed payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Delivery and collection
See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, costs and times, and for collection from the Al Quoz Pro Shop.
Returns
See our Refund Policy. In short: exchange or store credit within 7 days for unused items in original condition; full refund for faulty or incorrect items.
Your account and the website
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful. All content on this website, including text, photography, logos and design, belongs to Central Padel Dubai or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and logos of racket manufacturers belong to their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Padel is a physical sport; equipment must be used as intended and we are not responsible for injury or damage arising from use of products purchased.

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
