• At the club: walk in and our team will help you find a slot.

Yes. You don't need any experience or equipment. Rackets are available to rent at both clubs, and our coaches run beginner sessions every week.

We use an eight-level system, from Level 1 (new to padel) to Level 8 (elite performance). The same system applies to ladies and gents, so games stay balanced. See the levels.

Book a short on-court assessment with a coach. We'll place you on the level system and recommend the right group or programme. Book an assessment on WhatsApp.

Yes. Everyone joining a level group is assessed, so every group stays balanced.

The Central Padel Academy has four pathways: the Junior Academy, the Adult Academy, the Ladies Program and the Pro Player Program. Every player starts with an assessment.

Juniors are grouped by age and ability after an assessment, and train in small groups all year round. Parents are welcome to watch, rackets are lent during the assessment period, and we recommend at least one session a week to see real progress.

Yes. Choose one-to-one coaching, or bring one or two partners for a semi-private session built around your goals.

A Match Class is real match play with a coach on court giving tactical feedback as you play.

Yes. The Pro Player Program is for competitive, national-level and professional players. Short-term training blocks are also available for visiting players preparing for tournaments in the region.

After your assessment you join the WhatsApp group for your level. That's where social games, Match Classes, clinics and events are shared. How finding games works.

Pink Squad is our women's padel community. Morning sessions run Monday to Friday, 8:30–10:00am and 10:00–11:30am. Each session is 90 minutes of drills and match play, with a maximum of 8 players per coach. It's for ladies 18+, at beginner and intermediate level. About Pink Squad.

Yes, the Ladies Program is the Academy's coaching pathway for women, from beginner to advanced. Pink Squad is the social and community side.

Al Quoz has 10 indoor courts. Our Dubai Marina courts are outdoors, in the gardens of One&Only Royal Mirage.

Changing rooms and showers are available at both clubs. Our Al Quoz flagship also has a gym, wellness centre, sports massage, an ice bath, a café and the Pro Shop.

Yes. We host team building, client entertainment and company tournaments for groups of 8 to 100+, as half-day (3–4 hours), full-day, tournament or private-hire events. Catering, AV, branding and photography are available, and we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead for larger events. Corporate events.
