Note: Group Stage will last approx. 2 hours only for all players. Each participating team will be appointed to play either in Session 1 or Session 2. 

Sunday 4th May 2025 

Knockout Stage: 17h00 onwards 

MATCH FORMAT: 

Group Stage: One set 

Round of 16: Race to 9 games 

Quarter Final: Race to 9 games 

Semi Final: Race to 9 games 

Final: Best of 3 sets 

PRIZE ALLOCATION: 

1st Place: AED 10,000 Cash + Stupa – signed T- Shirts  

2nd Place: AED 5,000 Cash 

3rd Place: AED 3,000 

Registration closes: Thursday 1st May 2025 at 5pm

General Guidelines: 

1. Coaches are not allowed to participate. 
2. Women are allowed to participate in tournaments along with men. 
3. The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify any player or team at any point during the tournament if it is determined that they do not align with the skill level or category of the tournament. 
4. Once the draw is issued, players will not be allowed to change their partners. 
5. Players are required to check in at the club at least 20 mins before the scheduled start time. 
6. The opposing team will be given 10 minutes before the game starts, beyond the given time the match will be forfeited. 
7. Warm-up for each match is five minutes only. 
8. A play for point must be repeated when in doubt. 
9. Kindly note that the cash prize is subject to the total number of participating teams. 
10. To be eligible for a refund, the client must cancel their participation in the tournament at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
